What the Artwork Shows
Jasmine sits at a wooden table in a bright kitchen interior, biting into a lettuce-filled sandwich while looking back with an expression that she is surprised the moment is being captured. The table holds a tiered stand of macarons and scones, a strawberry sponge cake with a Milcery perched on top, a parfait, a basket of bread, a salad pan, and a brown ceramic teapot with a white-and-gold teacup on its saucer at the front right. Shelves of bowls and labeled jars line the wall behind her under soft window light.
